There are many government activities of The Cow Creek Tribe. The main services that the tribe provides are: general government, social/ health services, and education. As talked about in the history page and current information of the tribe, Cow Creek gets its largest amount of funding from its casino. A few of the other sources where Cow Creek gets its money from is federal and state grants, taxes on tribal businesses, investment earnings, and tribal business income.

- Tribal education programs- Some of the programs include vocational training, higher education, library grants, tutoring, and other programs that positively increase education.
- Tribal burial benefits- These benefits helps tribal members pay for their funeral and burial costs of Cow Creek members that have passed away.
- Housing- This program provides financial aid to tribal families that need help paying for repairs in their house or putting a down payment on their house.
- Nesika Health Group- One of the biggest problems is health and dental insurance, so through this program it helps Cow Creek members and employees pay for these services.
- Children assistance- this program provides safe and quality childcare for low-income families that could not afford when the parents are at work.
- Health care programs-The Cow Creek tribe operates opens up to provide health care to Cow Creek members from tobacco prevent and sensation to medical supplies over the counter.
- Gaming Commission- The Cow Creek Gaming provides commission licenses and checks to casino employees and suppliers.
